Overview

We don’t provide any Return/Refund on orders. Only Exchange. In case of any issue regarding size or any other issue we provide an exchange. Our exchange policy lasts 24-48 hours. If 24-48 hours have passed since delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To exchange a product on Brandhacker, please follow this steps

1. Please email on exchange@brandhacker.in within 24 – 48 hours of delivery of your parcel.
2. Once your exchange request is approved we will arrange a pickup for the product.
3. Please place the product in the packet. The product must be unused, unwashed and should be the exact condition in which it was received. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Exchange Desk.
4. We will send you confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment and quality check is done.
5. A code will be emailed to you which you can use to order your exchange product.
6. A fee of 150/- will be charged for return shipping which you may pay on delivery for your exchanged product.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded on exchanged.
